HISTORY IN-DEPTH: Link Eizen is an earth malak/seraph, born some few hundred years ago on a mountain and cursed with what's called the Reaper's Curse, which is an effect of his seraphic domain that causes bad luck. Because of this, he left his sister Edna to travel the world in hopes of finding a cure for it. Instead he became a pirate, fought alongside some sketchy people, and then became a dragon about 800 years after becoming a pirate. Oops. PERSONALITY Eizen is mostly a calm, collected man who can look at a situation and make split second decisions that (usually) won't fail catastrophically. Mostly. Eizen is also a huge geek who will happily babble on about linguistic drift, metallurgy, ancient civilizations, and whatever other nerdy thing he's obsessed with. He is also incredibly meticulous, and though it's never explained why he's this way it's likely due to his curse. He tries to control as much about himself as he can so as to mitigate what can go wrong. QUIRK IN-DEPTH: See sidebar.. ABILITIES WEAPON: Fists STYLE: Brutal punching. The man is a master at seriously fucking someone's face up. His other abilities are all magical, so those aren't really present here. From his essence, he's able to swim without his floaty. Otherwise, Eizen can summon a small localized tidal wave (a few gallons, tops) and with some practice will be able direct and shape it enough so that he can avoid getting hit if he wants to. He's also able to weaponize his own Reaper's Curse in a much more direct way; basically, he can damn somebody and give them some really nasty bad luck. This bad luck only works for the next attack or roll or whatever he's damning them for, however, and he can't damn the same person more than once per day. Also he can summon a ship provided he has a bundle of wood on hand (and is in an area that can hold the ship). At first it'll just be a really terrible raft, with a chance of getting upgraded, and there's a chance he won't summon anything but use up the wood instead. He'll always be able to summon booze of various sorts, however, though it's type and quality will vary with each summon. One time he'll call forth the finest aged whisky, the next time it's an ale that's "paint stripper" levels of awful.
